The Cheesy Demon Of Barnemouth

The Cheesy Demon Of Barnemouth is a system agnostic setting and adventure set in a sword and sorcery / low magic world. The setting of the land of Senibrei is Creative Commons Open World, meaning you can build upon it or tweak it if you'd like. The adventure is designed as a murder mystery in a small, isolated village, with low magic and horror themes. You can use your own characters to investigate and solve the murders, but in my case I created a squad of 'special ops' medieval soldiers because I want this to be the first in a series of fiction adventures. The details for the setting, characters and adventure take up about half of the book's content. The second half is a fiction story I created to showcase how the adventure could play out. The purpose of the setting and adventure is to inspire tabletop gamers and creative writers. More on the highlights:

The Lore Of Senibrei - From its origins to its government, based loosely on England.

The Warhawks - A military unit with 3 teams of 7 personnel each, including a sergeant, four soldiers, a sorcerer and a wagon driver. Lots of character details and plot hooks!

Barnemouth - An isolated village with a murder mystery to solve, several NPCs, how to structure progress and the villain behind it all.

The Fiction - A short story of over 30 pages where I put everything together. I would rate the fiction at PG-13.
